QuicKeys is software that dramatically reduces time and effort spent on all kinds of computer operations by automating all your most routinely performed, multi-step operations -- on demand, in every application! If you regularly use keyboard shortcuts to speed your work, you've probably been frustrated by the "lack of hot key" for a function or dialog box you access most often. With QuicKeys, you can create and edit your own customized set of shortcuts for each and every application, and they're always immediately accessible from your keyboard or mouse.
The most important power that QuicKeys represents for me in cross-program operations. They don't mention it in their marketing information but it's the silent power that really makes QuicKeys fly. You can jump from program to program or finder/windows to program, affecting operations that would normally be done by hand. And when configured properly, many of the tedious steps happen so quickly that the screen doesn't even show them! I pull up my RoloDex program and plant the cursor in the FIND dialog with a single keystroke, ready to type, before I can look up from the keyboard. From within any program -- without reaching for the mouse! BAM! I'm ready to take your call.
