Karla Blanco : Make a statement

graphics, design, typography, illustration and photography

KarlaI had so much fun opening and cruising Karla's web site I forgot I was working on this article. I really thought she has an elegant logo. Although a backwards letter is not unusual, she seized the opportunity to match K and B which work particularly well together in that configuration. Nice work, Karla!

Marta Granados creates some rather striking graphics -- her creative and artistic interests led her to perform a postgraduate degree in design at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs in Paris, studies conducted between 1966 and 1968.
She returned to Colombia and became a professor in the schools of Graphic Design at the National University and Jorge Tadeo Lozano University Foundation, and Javeriana University in the Faculty of Social Communication.
