Finishing up:
With your subject still selected
apply small amounts of
UNSHARP MASKING.
The correct amount will depend on
the image resolution and subject.
Sharpen only the subject layer.
We'll let that background layer
stay nice and soft.
You may want to make a loose
lasso selection around the eyes
(feather 8-12 pixels.)
Add UNSHARP MASKING
(about 50% as previously applied)
to the eyes. This will give them
a little extra snap!
Step 6. MERGE LAYERS
and don't forget to SAVE.
