First let's create a new Photoshop document
Set your new file to RGB 5" X 5" X 72 dpi.

Use the Color Picker and make your foreground color a bright yellow.

The background color should be white.
-Fill the entire image with yellow.
-Go to Filter > Texture > Texturizer and use the following settings:
Texture = Burlap
Scaling =100%
Relief = 6
Light Direction = top left


Hit Ok. You should now have what appears to be a square patch of yellow burlap.
