The Design Center Front Page . . / . DT&G Magazine . . / . . &Type! _/_ Gallo Fonts _/_ Letterheads _/_ Goudy Birtham _/_ Village
Since the letterforms are mostly based on the "Albertus" typeface, Village
takes on an unmistakable mediaeval flavor, with its distinctive lowercase character
cuts. Heinman took some liberties though, shaping the lowercase "e" more
like an open, epsilon-style "e" than the traditional character. Amazingly
enough the dot has been removed from the lowercase "i" and "j"
-- a unique twist indeed!
Nice stuff Mark --- got more?
