My first impression is "Whats this"? The pictures give no indication of what your site is about. There is really no main point of focus to draw my eye or interest.

__ Briefy, the layout needs improvement, bordered images are butted up against buttons, text centered, and information presented in a manner that makes me want to go further for more information.
__ You've got a decent top logo banner and buttons, it's basically the layout that needs revamping.
__ Your market is a professional one, you need to appeal to their professionalism with a professional looking design.
__ Counters don't really look professional, if you want to track traffic there are better and more professional ways for little to no money.
