Maybe it's my wierd sense of humor but I found the front page image to be humor, I see a image for hair transplantation and the two guys on the top have their hair fading into the background. If you want this image to blend it needs to be redone. The edges of the photo are very obvious and don't blend into the background.
__ The text on the mouseovers is a bit blurry and wordy. The wordy is ok but the layout is too close. Also, these are just simple mouseovers and I don't see a justification for using java. A lot of users refuse to use Java (it crashes a lot of browsers). There are times that Java may be neccessary, but not here.
__ Other than sharpening up the text links and fixing the main image the site looks pretty good.
