Why we're using pop-up
browser pages:

Many people like to read the content without the graphics.
_ With Pop-Up windows, they can be opened in the background (loading) while you read the content.
_ If we just linked to the graphic, or sent you to another page, to return you'd have to load this page again.

thanks for reading.

Mermaid Wharf - Ocean Front Loft Style Condominiums
Mermaid Wharf, downtown on the Inner Harbour, sits in the heart of 19th century old town, minutes from everything Victoria has to offer. Relax and enjoy the ocean at your doorstep! Full service suites. Some suites have rooftop patios. All suites have ocean views. Harbour Ferry stops at our doorstep. Daily Rentals Available! Ryan Grealy

Joyce comments...

The first thing I would do without a major layout change is to emphasis the name. Use an image with a stylized font to highlight it and make it stand out, or just the first letter of the name.
__ Your current colors of white background and blue tables clash horribly with the images. I changed your color scheme and what do you know, I found something interesting. If you are using blue because of the name Mermaid Wharf maybe try a shade of blue like the clouds in the sketch on the top of the page, but paler. If this still clashes with the photos, try feathering the edges of the photo to blend with the background color. Basically experiment and see what looks good.
(Before and After files will open in new browser windows for reference)
__ The white text here is on a white background. Please don't try to cheat the search engines, they are getting quite smart. When this sort of thing is discovered you may be banned altogether from some engines. Just be upfront about your description, maybe leave it white with this background or a pale gray or whatever. It it's not a repeat of words but valid information, don't hide it.
__ I also moved the description and took italicized off and placed it below the main image. The next section has a blue table and you can see white through it. This is because you put a cell spacing of 2 in it. I changed the color, left out the cell spacing and titled it Features
__ The following table has borders and looks incongruent with the other tables, my solution was to reformat and use a small table with alternating color shades. I also left aligned the text. I also lined the images up along the right edge.
__ What I would really do with this site is make this 3 pages with links to Features and Pricing.
__ What are all these links at the bottom of your page? Do they produce income? They detract from a professional look. I can see how some of them could be beneficial to the customer, so maybe you could include a page of resources for them.
