I designed it using Frontpage, but comparing it with other tools as Flash, Dreamweaver, etc. I HAVE to update it. Can you tell some tips?

- The Greyhound Walking Club of Central New York
- The mission of The Greyhound Walking Club (GWC) of Central New York is to foster goodwill and support throughout the retired racing greyhound community. Participation in GWC weekly walks is open to anyone and everyone. The site offers a schedule of walks, driving directions, a list of special area events, calendar of adoption group meet and greets, applicable links, pictures from previous walks, and just about anything else that is good and positive service to the greyhound community. The site recently received a complete overhaul, and I'm currently reconstructing the driving directions/maps pages. As of this writing, I don't really like the direction these pages are headed (I find the action redundant) and will probably redesign the whole kit-and-kaboodle. My next project will be to reconstruct the photo albums so that they also coordinate with the overall design.

- Promises for Pets
- This is a beta release for a non-profit animal shelter located in Pennsylvania. Any comments or suggestions are welcomed and will greatly aid in my development.
Location: http://www.promisesforpets.com - Site submitted by: Scott, posted for review on: 11/01/2002. Editor's Comment: This is a worthy site, and a worthy cause -- but thank goodness it's only BETA. The perpetual music becomes quickly annoying, and there's no way to stop it short of quitting the browser. Even closing the window and surfing elsewhere doesn't stop it. The page actually has NO content, -- they're all graphics. We waited 49 seconds before the first graphic appeared, and another 70 seconds for the page to apparently finish loading... yet never seemed to finish loading. I'm afraid the search engines won't pick it up either because there's no content. I think this BETA site needs some serious re-thinking.
- Squeaky Wheels
- This is the site for squeaky wheels, the non-profit bicycle advocacy group of Bainbridge Island, Washington. The purpose is to offer information about the group and its activities, and to educate about cycling issues. And it's my first website design ever so I appreciate ALL help and advice you can give me. (They can't fire me because I'm doing it for free.) Thanks!
