- Youth @ Work
- This site is a button from our home page, www.socojoblink.org, and is titled Youth@Work. It is intended to provide information to all youth about jobs, careers, school and other resources within and outside of Sonoma County. My interest in having it reviewed is that the Youth Council Website Committee, a goup of non-techies, is wanted to redisign this for broader youth issues. We are beginning with this page because we have some tech support available to us (but no design support per se) and we have a roll-out date of November 19th. The new site will be titled something like SoCo-olYouth and will include features not shown on this page like topic-specific BBs, streaming radio, calendars of local events and so forth. We hope to get the schools involved through their computer training programs to then provide continuous over-sight. We have had a few kids provide some feedback about its aesthetics and now would like some input from some pros. Thanks for your help. This is a group of community, education and government agencies who will be involved in the new project.

- ( See Critique ) American Distractions
- I'm self taught in web design and graphic art. This is the first website that I have created for an organization that myself and some collegues founded. We are moving towards becoming a non-profit entity, but the paperwork hasn't gone through yet. The main goal of the site will be to inform people of the events and projects that we are working on, but along with that I'd like to strengthen the community in general (and speciffically the arts community). There is a lot of information and graphics, and it is steadily being added to and growing. I would love any coments or insight other designers may have, since it is targeted to a (relatively) small audiance, I want to make it as interesting as possible. thanks.

- Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority
- On-line brochure of the Public Housing Authority in Cleveland. Intended to give applicants a brief glimpse of housing availability and requirements; to give brief employment listings at the Authority; to give vendors a chance to bid on purchasing opportunities; to give the general public a glimpse into the many departments of the Authority. Also a link opportunity to the Section 8 Department (which hosts their own site out of funding necessities).

- Bardic Theatre
- This is was built for the Bardic Theatre, an community theatre in N Ireland. I is meant to provide an archive of all their performance as well as Marketing their latest shows. Including a method of subscribing to an email and physical newsletter. It has only begun and was made to be easily expandible. The box office phone number is available on all pages. I have tried to show photographs on all the pages to direct browsers to the gallery sections of each performance. The overall design was ment to be restrained and simple. Using their colours.
