Guess who needs them most?
Whether or not you then publish the actual map is up to you, but I would say DO IT for sure. The site map is what becomes the structure of the web site, just as if it were a housing development or a new mall. I stress site maps very strongly. Visit www.3M.com, or Apple.com and see how elegant and functional a site map can really be.
Now, if we could only get the Design Center map finished!
