Rename lots of files at once...

Renamer4Mac batch file renaming utility for Mac OS X Tiger and Leopard.

Dare to be Creative has announced the release of Renamer4Mac 3.0, a batch file renaming utility for Mac OS X Tiger and Leopard.

Renamer4Mac is a utility application that batch renames large numbers of files using a graphical drag and drop interface. Renamer4Mac supports search & replace renaming, numbering files, and converting between lower, upper and mixed case. Renamer4Mac handles regular expression and case sensitive matching. The new version is the first official release since Renamer4Mac's recent acquisition by Dare to be Creative Ltd., and comes with a brand new user interface designed to improve usability, productivity and efficiency. The new version also adds built-in, automatic self updates to Renamer4Mac.

Under a new flag:

The new version marks the first official release of Renamer4Mac since its recent acquisition by Dare to be Creative Ltd. A fresh look:

Renamer4Mac comes with a brand new user interface designed to make renaming large sets of files easier, more productive and more efficient for users. The new interface draws heavily on the interface elements from iArchiver, the archiving and file compression/decompression utility. Renamer4Mac also comes dressed in a new icon designed to blend closer in the MacOS environment.

The new Renamer4Mac version ships with built-in self updates, with which users are automatically informed of the newest releases and given the option to download the latest release with a single button click.
