HoudahGeo 2.3 tightens the integration with Apple's iPhoto photo management application. Upon exporting geotags, HoudahGeo 2.3 may notify iPhoto'09 so that it can update its Places database. HoudahGeo brings GPS enabled geocoding and Google Earth geocoding to iPhoto.
Viewing Direction: HoudahGeo 2.3 fully supports viewing directions. Direction is set either from a compas enabled GPS or entered manually. Values are exported to geotags and uploaded to Flickr and Locr. Viewing direction may also be visualized in Google Earth.
German Localization - HoudahGeo 2.3 is now available in German.
Coordinate Formatter - HoudahGeo 2.3 displays coordinates in decimal degree, yet allows for input in many other formats.
Altitude Formatter - HoudahGeo 2.3 displays altitude in meters abvove see level, yet allows for input in feet.
