17th Annual Fonts Surf

by Fred Showker

17th Annual Fonts & Typography Surf The fonts surf is one of the things we really look forward to -- yet this year it's very different from before. There are now so many typography knock-off and replicator sites it is almost not worth the surf. Yet there is a huge new wave of talent ... typographers coming out of the woodwork! * Can you identify these Old Style typestyles? * Chalk Typography * More negative space Logos * the awesome ABC3D Book, and more -- continuing through October ...

2011 17th annual fall fonts fest in DTG Magazine

ABC3D Book ... type that performs before your eyes

2011 17th annual fall fonts fest in DTG Magazine

This really is one of the most unique books we've seen! Each of the 26 dimensional letters move and change before your eyes. C turns into D with a snap. M stands at attention. X becomes Y with a flick of the wrist. MARION BATAILLE is graphic and book designer who has never before been published in this country. She lives in Paris.
