25% Of All Page Views In The U.S Thanks To Facebook

Latest stats have shown that Facebook accounts for a whopping 25% of all page views in the U.S which makes the social network the site that is visited every one in four times by users. This huge amount of traffic is rapidly growing and Facebook is responsible for 10% of all Internet visits.
      Different statistic companies are varying in figures and opinion; Mashable via comScore is showing huge growth from Facebook which is a 55% year over year increase. However Facebook has been placed at 151.13 million U.S. unique users for October 2010, slightly behind Google's 173.3 monthly unique users, which means the search giant is the social network's only serious competitor for web traffic domination.

Twitter analytics could have been a money-making machine

Twitter is set to launch an analytics service, allowing users to track the popularity of their tweets, their own popularity on the service, and the number of retweets, replies and faves each tweet received.
      In short: Twitter is launching a powerful tool that will make marketers salivate. What's more, it's being reported that the product may start at a surprising price: Free. Is Twitter simply throwing money away?
