      Google's announcement that responsive web design is its preferred method for mobile delivery, coupled with its recent announcement of an algorithm change favoring best-in-class mobile infrastructure, makes it clear that responsive design should be a technique webmasters are putting to use.

Out With The Old
      Unfortunately, the current outdated definition of a website has perpetuated the view of a website as an exercise in technology, rather than a function of business. Merriam-Webster currently defines the website as "a group of World Wide Web pages usually containing hyperlinks to each other and made available online by an individual, company, educational institution, government, or organization."
